Sonst lässt Baghira immer den Halbstarken raushängen gegenüber seiner Schwester.
Aber in den letzten Tagen bekam Shanti immer öfter *Oberwasser* und gibt ihm auch mal eins um die Ohren.
Diesmal sah er keine andere Wahl als sich in die Höhe zu verkrümeln.

Dort ist er aucheine Weile geblieben, und er sah so niedlich aus wie er es sich auf den Körben gemütlich gemacht hat, da musste ich unbedingt schnell ein Foto machen.

Shanti ist weiterhin eher zurückhaltend. Streicheln ja, aber bitte nur wann sie es will, und dann auch nicht zu lange. Ausnahmen bestätigen auch hier die Regel.

Sie ist mittlerweile stolze Besitzerin eines Katzenhauses!

Baghira hat mich bei meiner letzten Aufgabenstellung im Fotografiekurs unterstützt.
Thema war *Available Light* - Bilder mit relativ schwachen Lichtverhältnissen die
ohne Blitz gemacht werden.
Er hat sich freiwillig für die Lampe interessiert (ich habe ihn nicht mit Sekundenkleber an den Lampenschirm geklebt, seine Nase hat er freiwillig darein gesteckt), und so war das Motiv für meine Aufgabe klar.

Irgendwie sieht das aus wie *Katze (meine natürlich - Kater) im Solarium*:

Schwarze Katze (sorry - Kater ) in dunkler Umgebung zu fotografieren ist nicht so
einfach. Der Autofokus dreht da echt durch.
Und so wirklich stillhalten konnte er auch nicht. *g*

… habe ich eben bei YouTube gefunden.

Ich kann mir nicht helfen. Der Kerl ist wahrscheinlich selbst ne Katze, so genial wie er diese in den Cartoons rüber bringt kann man das wohl sonst nicht.

Im Oktober soll auch noch sein erstes Buch rauskommen.
Einfach nur genial!

Idealgewicht für den *Catwalk*.

Shanti war seitdem wir sie mit ihrem Bruder aufgenommen haben *etwas*
übergewichtig, um nicht zu sagen moppelig.

Ziel war es vom ersten Tage an, ihr Gewicht zu reduzieren.
Daraus folgten Futterumstellung, Bewegung durch Spiel, und eine regelmäßige Gewichtskontrolle.
Und so purzelten innerhalb von 8 Monaten satte —900g— !!
Parallel zu ihrem Gewichtsverlust nahm ihre Bewegungslust und Beweglichkeit zu.

Sie sah ja schon immer süß aus, aber jetzt hat sie sich zu einer unglaublichen Schönheit entwickelt!

Was war das heute ein elendiges Wetter. Es hat in Strömen geregnet und ordentlich stürmisch war es auch.
Die Regentropfen an der Scheibe waren für die Beiden seeehr interessant.
Shanti war ziemlich ausdauernd in der Disziplin Regentropfen fangen.

Langweilig wird es nie mit den beiden süßen Fellpopos.

… der erste Tierarztbesuch seit sie hier sind steht an.

Zwar waren sie schon mal bei einem Tierarzt wegen Impfungen und Kastration,
aber das war vor ihrer Zeit bei uns.
Daher bin ich schon ein bisschen aufgeregt.

Viele Fragen stellen sich:
- halten die Transportboxen
- bekomme ich sie überhaupt da rein *g*
- für wen wird das Trauma größer - für mich oder die Katzen?
- wie lange werden sie mich hassen?

Ich habe seit heute morgen die Boxen im Wohnzimmer stehen, damit sie dort auch aus
freien Stücken rein - und rausspazieren können.
